24 May 2025, St. Augustine Beach KOA Holiday, St. Augustine, Florida It was a three-and-a-half-hour drive from Summer Crush Winery to the KOA in St. Augustine. We arrived around noon, checked in and parked our RV at our site. We were hungry, so I made sandwiches. Once we finished lunch, we took off for Fort Matanzas National Monument . It was about fourteen miles south.  We arrived in time for the 2:30 ferry over to the fort. A volunteer gave us information about the fort and the national park system. We were leading, so I radioed J&K and informed them that we were going on a tour of the area. LOL! We didn’t mind because we got to see more of the park.  We made it to our sites. The Reynolds are right across from us—nice big sites. Once hooked up, Barry and Ken went to get the golf cart we all rented for the day. We used it to take a tour of the park and explore all its features.  While they were gone, I walked across the little bridge behind our campsite. It went over to the small amphitheater area. Each night, Chip and Dale lead songs and have s’mores roasts. I found a zip lock bag next to the end of the bridge and picked it up. Jus...
