09-12-2026 Annual Family Picnic, Sutter Creek, CA
Today was our annual Family Picnic. This year it was at Jenny and Chris Mynderup's. They live in Sutter Creek, CA. We drove the Jeep from the RV park in Newark, where we are staying. It was a two-and-a-half-hour drive to their place. All in all, it was a nice drive even though there was a lot of traffic on the freeways. Still can't get used to that. When we arrived, Jenny had the house decorated for fall and Chris was cutting up his BBQ meats: ribs, tri-tip, and pork burnt ends (my favorite). We made our rounds giving hugs and kisses to everyone. We spent the day eating and catching up. Chris's BBQ was outstanding. Unfortunately, I did not take any photos. I got so wrapped up in talking to everyone that I forgot. Below is a list of everyone who attended. I hope I didn't miss anyone.
