14 May 2025, Key West Downtown We took the Hop-on Hop-off Trolley Tour today. It was a lot of fun. Jan accompanied us because Ken was experiencing a slide issue on their rig. We like to take the trolley when we travel because it provides a comprehensive tour and a wealth of information. Once finished, Jan and I bought some Key West sponges at a shop by the trolley. These are supposed to be the best. There was an informational sign that said people use them to sponge off their horses. We walked through an area with outdoor kiosks filled with touristy items. I bought a flour sack towel. Jan texted Ken to see if he was done and to tell him to meet us at Salty Frog’s for a drink and a quick bite to eat. I ordered Frog Legs, and they were yummy! Ken and Jan took off for somewhere else, and Barry and I headed to The Little White House . This is where Harry S. Truman often stayed during his presidency. It was a great tour.
