09-11-2026 Muir Woods National Monument
Today is 9/11, and I want to pay homage to those who lost their lives during that horrific day. I still remember I was driving to work when I heard the news on the radio. It was an awful sinking feeling. May they all Rest In Peace. Today, we headed to Muir Woods National Monument . This is another park we are looking forward to visiting. Lisa picked me up and Barry drove the RV to Dumbarton Quarry RV Park in Newark, California. He was a little nervous but made it just fine. The only thing was that on 880 he hit a bump that knocked all the clothes off the rod in our closet. It didn't knock the rod off, just the clothes. Very weird. The drive to Muir Woods was only about thirty minutes from Marin RV Park. This RV park turned out to be very convenient for a lot of what Lisa and I planned.
